How to Install?
Step 1 : First install the gas supported pipe part on the cabinet door, the installation size is 70mm/2.7 inch from the cabinet door pivot.
Step 2 : Keep the cabinet door open at a 90 degree position to allow the lid support to stretch freely, and then fix the support part to the frame of the cabinet door.
Step 3 : When installing,make the pipe part of the gas strut upward and the support part downward. If you wanna make the door open and close more strongly, install size about 80 - 100mm/3.15 - 3.94 inch, if no, size install 50 - 70mm/1.97 - 2.76 inch.
Step 4 : We suggest use 1pc lid support if door width under 60cm / 2.36 inch, 2PCS once door wider than 60cm / 2.36 inch. Detail depends on door weigth.
