Mr. Abdalla and I met at the Canton Fair on April 15, 2025! Mr. Abdalla encountered TALLSEN through the 137th Canton Fair! Our connection began from that moment. When Mr. Abdalla arrived at the booth, he was immediately captivated by TALLSEN's electric smart products and went inside to learn more about the brand. He values ​​German quality and innovation, so he filmed a video of our new products. At the show, we added each other on WhatsApp and exchanged greetings. He told me about his own brand, Touch Wood, which primarily sells online. After the show, Mr. Abdalla and I arranged a factory tour. On our first visit, we toured the fully automated hinge production workshop, concealed rail workshop, raw material impact workshop, and testing center. We also displayed the SGS test reports for TALLSEN products. In the exhibition hall, he viewed the entire TALLSEN product line and was particularly interested in our Earth Brown cloakroom, selecting products on the spot.

Mr. Abdalla, originally from Egypt, told us he had been studying in Saudi Arabia and settled in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, after graduation. Mr. Abdalla founded the TouchWood brand in 2020, and in the five years since, it has grown rapidly and gained a certain level of local recognition. His company has a professional operations team, along with sales, technical teams, and warehouse management. The brand primarily sells online, through its online store. He is also a seasoned CEO with a deep understanding of the hardware accessories industry and is constantly learning online marketing, video shooting, and editing. His high-quality video production standards have contributed to his successful TikTok account, which has amassed nearly 50,000 followers.

After the client returned to Saudi Arabia, we stayed in touch. In August, Mr. Abdalla told me he would return to China. My immediate reaction was to invite him to visit our factory, and he arrived at TALLSEN's headquarters. Our boss, Jenny, joined us in welcoming and hosting Mr. Abdalla. During this meeting, he gained a deeper understanding of the development history, culture, and image of the TALLSEN German brand. Mr. Abdalla said: Touchwood and TALLSEN brands are very similar, and meeting each other is a wonderful fate. Because the establishment of the brands Touchwood and TALLSEN both originated in 2020, this made him more determined to choose TALLSEN and expressed his desire to become the general agent in Saudi Arabia.

We told Mr. Abdalla we would be attending WOODSHOW in Saudi Arabia from September 7th to 9th and would visit him. He warmly welcomed us to Saudi Arabia. During the three days at the show, Mr. Abdalla saw that the TALLSEN brand was popular with many customers and had a strong influence in Saudi Arabia. Many customers who liked TALLSEN products also saw Mr. Abdalla and praised him highly. On September 14th, we flew to Jeddah to visit his warehouse and the showroom currently under construction. We saw the well-organized merchandise. Customers have always stocked goods to meet ready-to-ship standards. After a day of visits and conversations, we successfully concluded a signing ceremony. Witnessed by the TALLSEN team, we signed a partnership agreement and were awarded the official exclusive distributorship plaque, providing market protection and after-sales service. Our shared goal is to increase sales, attract more attention and recognition for this emerging German hardware brand, and enhance brand awareness. We had dinner together that evening, and Mr. Abdalla clearly planned the marketing strategy for the TALLSEN brand to quickly enter the Saudi market.

(1) Mr. Abdalla will arrange for the online store to upload product videos, pictures, and installation instructions provided by TALLSEN. A professional website will be created.

(2) Social media promotion will be the main focus. Videos will be posted on the official accounts of Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote the TALLSEN brand.

(3) The TALLSEN online sales team is planned to have 4 people and the offline (showroom) team will have 2 people. Currently, there is a TALLSEN showroom and warehouse in Jeddah, where end consumers can experience the products. In six months, Riyadh will also plan to ship products from the warehouse.

We interviewed Mr. Abdalla at the Saudi Woodshow and asked him why he chose TALLSEN. He said, "TALLSEN is considering entering the Saudi market." This is a good move. I have visited TALLSEN's factory and showroom twice before (in China), and today TALLSEN also came to participate in the Riyadh Woodshow. Honestly, I've visited many hardware factories in China, but TALLSEN is one of the best I've ever seen. I'm impressed by their quality and creativity. They place great emphasis on product quality, pay close attention to detail, and consistently strive to offer competitive, innovative, and novel products. I particularly like their kitchen accessories, wardrobe accessories, and their new slotted hinges. They've also come up with many new ideas beyond drawer systems, encompassing virtually every hardware component needed in the kitchen and wardrobe industries. I hope this will be a step toward their success, and that we can establish a cooperative relationship and achieve a mutually beneficial investment. We're thrilled to be working with them and building mutual trust and business relationships."
