Jinli is renowned in China as a manufacturing hub of small metal hardware, with a significant reputation and influence in the industry. As a native of Jinli, I started my career as a sales manager in a small hardware factory after graduating from high school. During that time, the hardware market was booming, and March was the peak season, attracting numerous buyers to Jinli.

It was during this time that I was introduced by a friend to my first customer, Ms. Fu from Yiwu International Trade City. Due to the high market demand for hardware, the factory was unable to fulfill her orders, and she had to seek other factories.

I remember that Ms. Fu placed her first order for 500 cartons ordinary hinges. The deal was not a big one, but I served her with utmost care and made sure she got the best products by following up with first-line production. On the night of delivery, we had a lengthy conversation during which Ms. Fu expressed her appreciation for my work.

My persistence in product quality as well as a sincere and pragmatic attitude left a lasting impression on my customer. In the next few years, our products received positive feedback in the market. She kept placing orders with us every month. Her orders increased nearly fivefold, from a trial order of 500 cartons hinges to 2,000 cartons. Gradually, we became friends and even family members.

Later, I was fortunate enough to have access to German craftsmanship and manufacturing techniques. The Germans’ relentless pursuit of manufacturing excellence aligns perfectly with my commitment to craftsmanship. So, in 2020, I founded the brand TALLSEN in Germany in the hope of creating better quality of life for global users of TALLSEN.

With our development, our product offerings have expanded from the most common hardware to include kitchen cabinet hardware. We bring excellent product ideas to life through creative design and exquisite craftsmanship. Now, I am happy that TALLSEN has established strategic and agency partnerships with customers all over the world, allowing everyone in every corner of the globe to enjoy the value of our products!

Marketing team

Tallsen has established a professional marketing team of more than 80 staff in the combination of ERP, CRM management system and the e-commerce platform O2O marketing model, providing purchasers and users from 87 countries and regions around the world with a full range of home hardware solutions.

Technical team

In terms of product management, Tallsen Hardware has built a professional R&D team to continuously and independently research and develop new functional products. Tallsen has won a number of national invention patents, utility model patents, recognition and trust from domestic and foreign partners.

Production team

TAllsen has a professional production team that is responsible for managing the work of automatic production equipment, ensuring the smooth production process of the product, and providing high -quality products to customers.

Tallsen establishes a professional quality management team to take the German manufacturing standards as its standards, strictly follow the European standard EN1935 inspection, strictly abide by the inspection standards formulated by the company, comprehensively test the quality, function and service life of products to ensure the safety of home hardware.

Purchasing team

Our procurement team is composed of four people, each with their own unique skills and expertise. Our team includes a procurement specialist, a contract manager, a sourcing specialist, and a supplier relationship manager. Each member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's procurement needs are met.

The procurement specialist is responsible for identifying the organization's procurement needs and developing a procurement strategy. The contract manager is responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that the organization is receiving the best possible value. The sourcing specialist is responsible for identifying suppliers and negotiating prices. Finally, the supplier relationship manager is responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring that the organization's needs are being met.
