I am a master craftsman and have done several project requiring drawer slides. These slides are well created and once placed properly have trouble free operation.The problems noted in numerous reviews don't appear to be from product quality but from miss-alignment. Drawer slides want precise alignment with tiny tolerances to perform properly. So being attentive to your measurements and alignment will offer hassle free operation. If you'd wish to scan the instructions/diagrams, I prefer to advocate that you simply use a microscope as a result of the diagrams.
